Scheduling Process and Costs - How to schedule and what are the costs?

Once the parties agree to mediation please contact Dall Mediation so we can answer any questions or concerns you may have, and so we schedule the mediation. Dall Mediation will work with the parties to schedule a mutually agreeable date, time and location for the mediation.

Dall Mediation charges per hour, with a minimum two (2) hour mediation requirement. The parties usually split the mediation costs. The initial two hour mediation cost is required to be paid by the parties within 24 hours after scheduling mediation. Dall Mediation will send both parties a Mediation Service Agreement detailing the mediation.
